i'm not sure, but after i listened to this girl explaining gender and sexuality roles, i think i'm panromantic. because there is a few people that i've liked in the past that had either been trans and nonbinary people. I'm still new to the LGBTQ community... i mean, i only really started learning when i got halfway through year 7, because i started to like girls. So Lydia had to teach me this kind of stuff and it's still weird, but that's okay. But let me get this straight... Pan is being attracted to all gender identity, right? I'm starting to think i might be that. But i'd only be telling you guys this... mainly because my family aren't huge LGBTQ supporters. i mean, they don't care about it, but they find it weird. so yeah

I'm panromantic, demi-pansexual. If you feel like you're pan, go right ahead and say it. Try on any "label" you want (couldn't think of PC word.) Nobody in their right state of mind will judge you.

Pansexuality is finding appeal in anybody regardless of gender identity, yes. Whereas a herero/homo/bisexual only finds appeal in the opposite/same/binary genders (and the more "traditional" of them all won't find even a fully converted transexual appealing), a pansexual can find anybody of any identification attractive.
It's important (in a way) to understand the difference between sexuality and romanticism, too. Hetero/homo/bi/pansexuals find their respective genders attractive while hetero/homo/bi/panromantic individuals find their respective types appealing as spouces, or just lovers in general. Most people have a romanticism that matches their sexuality, but that's not always the case.
